It was 4 years ago now, and at this time of year, I had just gone to court to fight for my dog. Three days in court, for my lovely dog.

Small claims court it was, and I learned a lot as I went through this process, defending my right to my own dog.

I thought I was heard as  I had presented myself well. Will the judge believe me and my witness, or will he believe the other party?

Well, he had said he would reach a decision soon. I was waiting then. As I think back on it today, a day before my birthday, I had hoped he would be a birthday present with the decision coming out in my favour. Yet I still waited.

How will the judge decide?
